Client Testimonials
âââââ “What an experience!” â Nikki Armstrong
My wheeling friends and I came in with over 36 years of combined experience, yet every one of us
walked away having learned something new. I personally had only wheeled a handful of times and
wasnât sure what my rig needed or what it was capable of. After two days with Matt in my passenger
seat, I left with more knowledge and confidence than I ever imagined.
We covered everything from setup and unnecessary weight, to safety gear, pedal control, picking lines,
and approaching obstacles. Matt and Josh also made sure our rigs and our skills were prepared before
attempting the harder trails we wanted to run.
Day 1, we tackled Trail 16 then Trail 15. Day 2, we hit Waldenâs Ridgeâmy first time ever on a trail
like thatâand we crushed it! The only downside was how fast the two days flew by.
âââââ “I’ve been wheeling 35 years⊔ â Todd Rust
Iâm so glad I booked a 2-day coaching trip with Matt and Josh. Their professionalism and knowledge
made the experience stand out from any trip Iâve taken in decades of wheeling.
I brought a buddy whoâd only been wheeling about 8 months, and she learned a tonâincluding running
Waldenâs Ridge on Day 2! My wife is my off-road spotter, and Matt and Josh took time to teach her
what to look for and offered solid recommendations to help her improve on future trips.
I recommend this coaching to anyoneânewbies or veterans. You wonât be disappointed.
âââââ “Where do I begin? WOW!” â Tina Quillen
I usually serve as our groupâs spotter, but before this trip I often second-guessed myself. Matt and
Josh changed that. Their patience and clear instruction gave me the confidence and skills I needed to
trust my instincts on the trail.
Whether youâre looking to learn new techniques or sharpen the skills you already have, these guys are
the real deal.
Thanks for an incredible two-day wheeling sessionâBleepinJeep rocks!

đ§ Off-Road Driving Lessons â FAQ
â Who is this for?
Anyone who wants to get better at off-roading. Whether youâve never shifted into 4-low or youâve been wheeling for years and want to sharpen your skills, weâll match the session to your level.
â Where does the training take place?
Anywhere you like. My home base is East TN and I am perfectly comfortable at Windrock, Golden Mountain, AOP, and the Sandmines âbut Iâm open to travel depending on your schedule, goals, and terrain. Just reach out and weâll plan it together.
â How long is a session?
1â3 Days â This gives us time to get into real-world scenarios and cover everything from basics to advanced techniques. If you need something custom please inquire.
â What kind of vehicle do I need?
Youâll get the most out of this with a 4WD vehicle with low range, decent clearance, and recovery points. If youâre unsure, just ask. You can also ride in my rig (with additional fee) if yours isnât trail-readyâweâll figure it out.
â Is this just for Jeeps?
Nope. I love Jeeps, but this training is for any 4WD rigâBroncos, Tacomas, 4Runners, Samurais, whatever. If itâs trail-capable, weâre good.
â What kind of stuff will I learn?
- 4WD systems and when to use them
- Picking good lines and trail reading
- Recovery skills: winching, snatch straps, traction boards
- Spotting and being spotted
- Throttle control, tire pressure, off-road etiquette
- Trail repairs, gear selection, and more
â Can you teach recovery techniques too?
Absolutely. Weâll get hands-on with winching, rigging, hi-lift jacks, tire plugs, tools, equipmentâthe stuff that matters when things go wrong.
â Is this safe?
Yes. I teach at your pace, based on your comfort level and your rig. Everything is focused on doing things safely, responsibly, and confidently. No pressure, no ego. That said, driving off-road is inherently risky, and you are ultimately in control of your own vehicle.
â Can I bring someone with me?
Sureâjust give me a heads-up. Whether theyâre observing, co-driving, or learning too, weâll make it work. All occupants must have seatbelts.
â What should I bring?
If youâre using your own rig:
- Full tank of gas
- Basic recovery gear (Iâll send a list if needed)
- Food, Dr. Pepper, and camping supplies just in case
- Spare tire and tools
If youâre using my rig: Just bring yourself, some snacks, and weather-appropriate clothes.
â Will there be camping?
Possibly! We can do hotel-based, primitive camping, or a mix. It all depends on the location and your preferenceâweâll talk it through ahead of time.
â Can I film or take photos?
Absolutely. Just be present during the instruction, and weâll make time for the good shots. If youâre a content creator, we can even talk strategy while we wheel but please do not use this option to create content, for that use the “Adventure with BleepinJeep” option.
â What does it cost?
It depends on the length and location. 1 day $2000, 2 Days $2500, 3 Days $3200. If you would prefer to learn in one of my rigs, lets talk. If you need something custom, let’s talk.  Iâll give you a straight-up quote based on your goals. No guesswork.
â Will this damage my vehicle?
Possibly but hopefully notâunless youâre doing something sketchy đ Iâll teach you how to wheel smart and stay within your rigâs limits. This is about building skill, not breaking stuff.
â What if Iâm nervous or totally new?
Then this is perfect for you. Everyone starts somewhere. Iâll walk you through the basics and build your confidence step by step. No pressure, no judgment.
â How do I book?
Hit the [Book Now] button on the product page or send me a message through the contact form. Weâll figure out your dates, location, and what you want to learn.
