The world’s first all-in-one winch line!!  The Freedom Winch Line is a patented synthetic winch rope that has everything you need for winching, built right in with no metal components involved.  That means, no D-ring shackles, no tree savers, and no winch accessories are needed for most winching operations.  And it all fits right there in your winch ready to be used at a moment’s notice.  The Freedom Winch Line is faster to set up, safer to use, stronger than steel cable, easier, and cheaper than those flashy metal accessories.

Version 3.0 is HERE!!  You spoke and we listened!  You wanted a way to replace the soft shackle end in case it was worn or destroyed and we have delivered!  All freedom winch lines now come with a removable end that is replaceable.

Freedom Winch Lines are HMPE High Molecular Weight Polyethylene.  There are 3 openings along the winch line to fit almost any size winching job, plus a Freedom Knot and Freedom Loop at the end for smaller openings.  (SEE PHOTOS FOR DETAILS) Freedom Winch Lines come with a chafe guard sleeve on the Freedom Loop, a chafe guard on the line itself, and a red warning marker to let you know when you are close to the drum.  The Freedom Winch Line is made to fit flush in the winch fairlead OR with a ready-to-grab handle for quick application.

• 3/8″ 90ft for Jeeps and Trucks with Winches up to 10,000 lbs.   MTS – (Minimum Tensile Strength*) is 15,000 lbs.

• 3/8″ 12ft – made to splice into your current synthetic winch line / Splice Directions: Click Here

• 1/4″ 50ft for ATV’s and SXS’s with Winches up to 5,000 lbs.   MTS – (Minimum Tensile Strength*) is 8,000 lbs

*MTS – Minimum Tensile Strength:  After breaking several samples, you can use the data to calculate an Average Tensile Strength and a Minimum Tensile Strength (MTS). From a user perspective, MTS is the best measure of rope strength because it is the strength at which the weakest test samples broke.  Some manufacturers use Average Tensile Strength (always higher than MTS) because it makes their rope sound stronger, but the problem with this is that by definition, approximately half their ropes are below average and therefore will break before reaching the Average Tensile Strength rating. Other companies use a more generic “Breaking Strength” rating, but this can make it unclear as to whether they are going with the Average or Minimum Tensile Strength, or something else entirely.
